This chocolate is made from Arriba Nacional hybrid clones (eet-95, eet-96, eet-103) as well as Acriollado varietal beans cultivated on an estate that stretches over 80 acres and is owned and managed by the Salazar family in the Esmereldas region of Ecuador.
Percentage: 72% Dark
Tasting Notes: Honey, pineapple, fudge, matsutaki, tamarind.
